Board members
Effective church boards have people who have a passion for the Church and for God. The board is like the backbone of the Church and have a huge financial and legal responsibility. It’s very important to keep correct records and make them available, if needed.
The board is legally responsible for the decisions they make and also for those policies that need to be in place in the Church. The board members should be wisely chosen. Christ-centred people with a serving heart should be on the team.
