Google Calendar for Churches

With Google Calendar, you can quickly schedule meetings, events and get reminders about upcoming activities. Calendar is designed for teams, so it’s easy to share your schedule with others and create multiple calendars that you and your team can use together.

If your Church has G Suite (free for Churches) you will have access to Google Calendar under the Church account.

Get Google Calendar

  1. Visit Google Calendar.
  2. Sign in to the account. If you don’t have one yet, click Create an account.
  3. Once you sign in, you’ll be taken to Google Calendar.
  4. To change any of your settings, go to the top right corner and click Settings Settings.

  • Firefox 
  • Safari 

Looking after Pastors (or other calendars) you can view their Google Calendar to schedule meetings at everyone’s convenience. 
To do this, go to Google Calendar, type your employees’ email address on the left side under 

 “Add Calendar”, ask for permission to view the calendar. Once it’s accepted, you can see your Pastors calendars.
